All 3DA models are made to order. Your model should arrive in 2-3 weeks.

All 3DA models include complimentary shipping insurance and will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. A signature will be required at delivery.

Model Refunds are not accepted once order submission is made and model production has begun.

All models are covered with shipping insurance. If your model arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. 

3DA shipping policy allows for a 24-hour window, upon signature date/time stamp,  to report damaged goods to UPS. 

It is critical that you contact 3DA immediately after the shipment is delivered and signed for.

This will allow 3DA enough time to file a claim with UPS and replace your damaged 3DA model.
